ATTRACTIONS TO VISIT:

ITINERARY:

DAY 1: HUMANTAY LAKE TOUR:

In the morning 4:00 A.M, we will pick you up from the Hotel in Cusco to start the trip in our tourist transport and we will go to the northeast of the city of Cusco. On the way we will pass through different towns and hamlets to the town of Limatambo, from this point we will ascend to the town of Mollepata. Place where we will have the buffet breakfast, then we will continue our trip to Soraypampa.

Arriving in Soraypampa, we will begin the hike towards the Humantay Lake. The walk is around  1 hour to  1.5 hours approx., arriving at the Humantay Lake, we will be able to appreciate the beautiful landscape and the imposing view of the Humantay and Salkantay snowy, after a short rest and taking the photos we will return by the same route to Soraypampa, we will take the mobility and return to Mollepata, in this place we will enjoy a delicious lunch. 

Later we will return to the city of Cusco arriving 05:30 P.M approx.

DAY 2: TOUR TO MACHUPICCHU BY TRAIN

In the morning we will pick you up from the hotel in Cusco at 06:00 AM and we will be transported to the train station of Ollantaytambo (trip by car of 1 hour and 40 minutes approx.). [If the train departs from Poroy the car ride is 30 minutes, then take a 3-and-a-half-hour train ride.]

Once at the Ollantaytambo station we will board the train to go to the town of Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town) on the train trip we will enjoy extraordinary landscapes, mountains, rivers and streams, we can also appreciate the flora and fauna of this area of Cusco. Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes (Machu Picchu town), the agency staff will be waiting for you to give you all the directions, then we will go to the bus station, where we will board the bus that makes a zigzagging route to the mountain where the majestic citadel of Machu Picchu is located (30-minute bus trip). 

When getting off the bus we will go to the entrance of Machu Picchu, where we must present our tickets and respective identification documents, from this place the tour will begin in the citadel of Machu Picchu, we will visit the main enclosures of the city with the tour guide who will give us all the information and history of Machu Picchu for approximately 2 hours,  We will visit the citadel and places such as: the Main Square, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock, the Royal Quarters, among others. On the tour we will open the senses and fill ourselves with the great energy that hides this majestic place.

At the appropriate time we must take the bus back to the town of Aguas Calientes where we can enjoy lunch in one of the restaurants and optionally you can visit the hot springs of Aguas Calientes that are located north of the town (entrance not included).

At the appointed time we will take the return train from Aguas Calientes 2 hours of travel to Ollantaytambo, where the car will be waiting for you to transport you to the city of Cusco.

DAY 3: RAINBOW MOUNTAIN TOUR

We will pick you up early in the morning from your hotel in Cusco 04:00 AM, then we will head towards the south valley of Cusco. The trip by car is around 2 hours until we reach the town of Cusipata, where after having a refreshing breakfast, we will continue 1.5 hours more to the starting point of the trek (Winincunca), you will be immediately surprised by the beauty scenic, the flora and fauna of the place with herds of alpacas and llamas and we will have incredible views of the Ausangate mountain.

After a hike of 1.5 to 2 hours, we will arrive at our destination: Vinincunca “the Mountain of seven colors” (5,020 m / 16,466 ft). Already at the top we can appreciate the beauty and magic of the rainbow mountain and surroundings, as well as the snowy Ausangate, one of the most revered mountains in the region, here you will have time to explore the area and take pictures.

Later we will return the walk downhill from the mountain until the starting point of the trek, then we will continue the route by car until we reach the town of Cusipata, where we will recharge our energies with a delicious lunch. Finally we will return in the transport to the city of Cusco. Approximate arrival time 05:00 PM.
